Multiple pesticide registration certificates in Shandong and Hebei are planned to "go in both directions"

From November 29 to December 5, 2024, the Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs announced the planned changes for the 19th batch of pesticide registration certificate holders this year, involving a total of 29 registered products (including 1 technical drug) and 9 products under review from 6 companies in Shandong and Hebei provinces.

First, the 23 registration certificates (all for preparations) held by Zhangjiakou Great Wall Pesticide Co., Ltd. are planned to be changed to the name of Shandong Dai Mengde Biotechnology Co., Ltd. This change belongs to a group company with more than 51% shareholding, and the registration certificate is changed between pesticide manufacturers within the group. After the change is completed, Zhangjiakou Great Wall Pesticide Co., Ltd. will only hold one registration certificate for acaricide preparations, and the number of registration certificates held by Shandong Daimende Biotechnology Co., Ltd. will increase to 46 (all preparations).

The second is that the 4 registration certificates held by Nongsheng Biotechnology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. (including acetamiprid technical drug and 3 preparations) are planned to be changed to the name of Tangshan Ruihua Biological Pesticide Co., Ltd. This change belongs to a group company with more than 51% shareholding, and the registration certificate is changed between pesticide manufacturers within the group. After the change is completed, the number of registration certificates held by Nongsheng Biotechnology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. will be reduced to 25 (including imidacloprid technical material and 24 preparations). The number of registration certificates held by Tangshan Ruihua Biological Pesticide Co., Ltd. will increase to 24 and it will hold a technical drug registration certificate for the first time.

Third, Shandong Jiekang Chemical Co., Ltd. (the merged company) has given up pesticide production, and all two registration certificates it holds (both are sanitary pesticides) and all nine products under review are planned to be changed to the name of Shandong Kangjie Likang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (the merged company).
